All the activities performed by Tuniverse are intended for race use only

All products purchased will not be refunded. The right of withdrawal does not apply once the performance (e.g., download) has begun, in accordance with Directive 2011/83/EU – Article 16.

Refunds will not be issued for issues such as checksum errors, incorrect connections, tool-related errors, or if you are unable to read the ECU due to factors unrelated to our service.

We do not supply protocol/plugin numbers, connection diagrams, or guidance on where to purchase tools.

The documents "Maps Meaning" are PDF douments created and based on the maps listed in OldSkullTuning's XDF

Tuniverse will not be considered responsible (direct or indirect) in case of damage to customers’ vehicle and/or its engine control unit

Invoice is a legal mandatory document and it will be always issued.

The invoice will be sent only upon explicit request.
