Terms & Conditions

1- All the activities performed by Tuniverse are intended for race use only

2- All products purchased will not be refunded. The right of withdrawal does not apply once the performance (e.g., download) has begun, in accordance with Directive 2011/83/EU – Article 16.

Refunds will not be provided for purchases made in error.

3- Tuniverse will not be considered responsible (direct or indirect) in case of damage to customers’ vehicle and/or its engine control unit

4- No checksum algorithm is included in the XDF. The checksum must be calculated using the tool used to read/write the ECU or with an external tool.

5- All our XDF files are password-protected and/or encoded. Requests to remove or bypass this protection will not be accepted.
As the XDF files are password-locked, it is not possible to import them into WinOLS.

6- Beta maps and deactivations: maps or deactivations marked as beta have not been tested for the specific calibration number and may not function correctly. By purchasing an XDF, the customer acknowledges and accepts this risk and is not entitled to a refund in the event of malfunction. The OldSkullTuning Team will provide support and conduct further testing where possible.

7- "Maps Meaning" documents are provided in PDF format and are based on the maps contained within the XDF files developed by OldSkullTuning.

8- "Maps Meaning" PDF documents do not include : instructions on how to perform ECU tuning, map screenshots, or detailed information regarding map axes.

These documents are not intended, under any circumstances, to replace Function Ramen.

9- Invoice is a legal mandatory document and it will be always issued.

10- The invoice will be sent only upon explicit request.
